Indo-chines Recipe | Medium spicy | Cooking time: 15min

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless (small pieces 200 grm), Capsicum (1 medium pc), Onion (2 medium pcs), Green chilli (1 to 2 pcs), Crushed garlic 4 to 5 cloves, Chilli sauce (2 teaspoon), Soya sauce (1 teaspoon), White oil (50 ml), Water (15ml), Salt to taste, Black pepper  (1 teaspoon) and Sugar (1/2 teaspoon)

PREPARATION

1. Oven on, put oil and heat for 2 minutes.

2. Shallow fry the chicken, capsicum and onion cubes for a few minutes, until its becomes light brown.

3. Add the salt, green chilli and crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes in low flame.

4. In the same pan, add some water and then add sauces and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.

5. Lastly, put 1/2 table spoon black pepper and pinch of sugar and mixed properly when your oven is still on.

6. Now, your dish is ready to serve. Enjoy your food.
