You may have a gym and yoga studio membership that you use plenty - but sometimes it's just nice to do a workout right at home, especially when your schedule is stuck in Lockdown, don't leave your enough time to get yourself casual hour-long.

So guess what? It's the time think about yourself, get creative and make no excuses for skipping a home workout.

Minimal Equipment:

Sometimes use no equipment for certain workouts which is called Free-hand, but for others they can use yoga mat, stability ball, resistance band and a set of dumbbells, you can also use a chair for step-up, incline push up and triceps dips.

Affordable:

No monthly gym-fees, it's free to workout at home, in the backyard, rooftop or the park, spend some extra cash on some inexpensive equipment .

No Excuse

If you like most people because of their physique, you have to create your own , there are so many good reason ! More strength, stamina and energy, a leaner physique, and over all a longer happier life. We need to create our own time, at least for 45 - 60 minutes. Do your best to achieve a better you, identify yourself and sweat yourself. Repeat, repeat and repeat. Don't look at mirror everyday, look after  15 days, then 30 days, you can see the difference what you have made in last one month , that's called the dedication of hard work.

Basically at the beginning  continuously you all have to do 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions each. For the beginner, they have to start with squat, pushup and crunches, inter-mediate can do pull-up for stronger back & little bit weight training with the help of dumbbells.
