INGREDIENTS

Mutton (medium pieces 500 grms), Mustard oil (75 ml to 100 ml), Ghee (1/2 teaspoon), Hung curd (50 grm), Cinnamon (1 small stick), Cardamom (2 pcs), Cloves (2 pcs), Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon), Red chilli powder (4 teaspoons), Onion paste (2 tablespoons), Garlic paste (1 tablespoon), Ginger paste (1/2 tablespoon), Water (100 ml), Salte to taste, Sugar (1/2 teaspoon).

PREPARATION

1. Get the oven on and with mustard oil, heat for 2minutes. Now add cloves, cardamom seeds and cinnamon stick and heat for few more minutes.

2. Add onion paste and fry till it become golden brown. Then add ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

3. Now, in the same pan, add mutton and fry for five minutes. Then add salt, curd and put some water. Now cover the pan and cook till the meat gets tendered.

4. Lastly, put pinch of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of ghee, mixed properly when your oven is still on.

5. Now your Mutton Kosha is ready to serve. Enjoy your food.
